MAKE UP FOR EVER (Indonesia) is one of the brands under L Beauty (Indonesia) which is a joint venture company between LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics and Luxasia.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities, to ensure relevant and effective approaches to recruit and loyalize customer by developing a social media strategy with the aim of building a community of interactive customers
- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Recommend and initiate action plans to create excellent online customer experiences, from awareness and purchase (both online and offline), to post-purchase satisfaction and advocacy
- Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
- A Degree holder in Business / Marketing or equivalent with at least 2 years of digital marketing and CRM experience
- Have a strong grasp of the beauty industry and understand the habits of its consumers
- Able to multi-task and have good project management skills
- A team player and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and have a strong passion for the job
- Good spoken and written English for the purposes of copywriting
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
