Position Purpose:

To be a full-fledged “brand” manager of the designated brands and be responsible for P&L and budgets.

To be the service key trade accounts on designated trade partners. Ensure that overall store efficiency in terms of returns per square foot are kept through brand and corporate promotions

Requirements

Experience:

• Possess natural leadership that is inventive, entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and analytical skills including some inclination towards financial representation
• Superior conceptual and organizational skills


Education:
• Degree in business-related fields with at least 5-7 years’ proven experience in, Retail Marketing, Business Development in retail environment - digital marketing expertise is a plus;

• Ability to motivate the staff to ensure optimum output and quality work
• Strong market sense (local and international) and insight in grasping key issues affecting the Company
