L Beauty is a joint-venture between LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics and Luxasia for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in South East Asia. The portfolio of L Beauty comprises of Benefit Cosmetics , MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh, Givenchy and Parfums Christian Dior - Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines.

Major Goals:

To accelerate Givenchy Ecommerce business in South East Asia. Partner with regional e-tailers and help local teams to achieve retail and net sales objectives with their e-commerce partners while building the strongest partnerships and developing dynamic marketing plans.

To work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop seasonal e-com marketing plans and Digital/Social/CRM strategy for the region. To work closely with Regional Retail Design and Visual Merchandising Manager to develop a cohesive consumer experience from offline to online.
