Givenchy Beauty (Indonesia) is one of the brands under L Beauty (Indonesia) which is part of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics group. The successful candidate is responsible for brand building initiatives in the local markets to establish strong brand image and awareness to recruit and retain customers.
- Develop and implement Brand strategy, product marketing plan (online and offline) in consistency to win market share and ranking
- Ensure forecast accuracy of products and timely phasing of A&P management with timely submission and follow-up
- Implement animation plan by door for events and promotions with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns.
- Communicate the upcoming activities and marketing initiatives to the Sales team and related department in a regular and timely manner to make sure that the plans are successfully executed.
- Close liaison with media agency to plan and allocate media budget to meet Brand objectives in respecting the Regional guidelines.
- Be creative in PR and PR community’s engagement to steer our position.
- Responsible to lead the retail design and visual merchandising team for all animations and events including design, set up and budget allocation.
- At least 7 years of relevant experiences.
- Operational marketing experience within the luxury beauty industry is advantageous; however welcome other candidates with operational marketing experience within FMCG or retail-related industries.
- Positive, dynamic and confident.
- Structured thinker, at the same time articulate.
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
