The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition will be a key TA Business Partner to the HR Lead and the Company. You will have the unique opportunity to adopt world-class ATS technology and tools, and cutting-edge recruitment processes to identify and hire top-notch talent for Luxasia.

The Ideal Candidate will ...


The Ideal Candidate should possess ...

  • Open to candidates with minimum 2 - 3 years in (preferably both) in-house and agency environment with strong social recruiting footprints (such as LinkedIn)
  • Prior full-cycle recruiting experience in-house and/or RPO setting would be advantageous.
  • Campus recruitment experience would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
